Sheridan Bubble Tea new promotion! PSB Café now offers a bubble tea loyalty card, where students get the chance to earn free rewards. At the PSB Café, students get the chance to try the new selection of products. One of the most expected products is their very own Sheridan Bubble Tea. Bubble tea flavours will include but not limited to original milk tea, taro milk tea, coconut milk tea, mango slushie and taro sherbet, among others. In the future, to better match the students’ likes and dislikes, new flavours will be introduced. To decide which drink is the favourite of the month, polls will take place. Students will have a say at what they want to see their college serves.

With this, the PSB Café has decided to introduce the Bubble Tea loyalty card. Students purchase their 6 drinks, they will get the 7th for free. Every time a student orders a bubble tea drink, their loyalty cards will be stamped. They need to make sure to keep coming back to complete their cards and get a free drink as a reward. The loyalty card will be accepted in both the business campuses, Davis and HMC.  As the PSB Café is inside the school, they do not need to go out of the College to purchase their favourite drinks. As a result, the Café will need to be able to match its top competitors. Hence creating multiple promotions to better market their products.

Why a loyalty card?

Loyalty cards are a great way to improve customer’s experience and provide incentives. PSB Café wants to have a way to get the students to keep coming back for more. Furthermore, loyalty cards are good for attracting new customers as they are getting something in the end from the companies they have chosen to spend their money on. For the students, they will get the chance to collect multiple stamps, giving them more incentives to buy bubble tea. By implementing the loyalty car, students will feel appreciated.

A more personal connection will be created with the students and there is the ability to grow. As a result, more students will return to purchase more. The loyalty card will encourage customers to make repeat purchases. Product awareness will also be increased, as customers will be more likely to try something new if there is the possibility to win something extra for free. Due to the popularity of loyalty programs and cards, it is important that the PSB Café also implements it to keep up with competitors.

How to get a loyalty card?

At the PSB Café checkout, students will be able to acquire their very own loyalty card. The cashier will be able to provide all of the students with their loyalty card. The student will then be responsible for their card and make sure to bring it to the Café every time they order a Bubble tea. After each customer purchases a minimum of one bubble tea, the card will be stamped. Once completed the student will be able to order their free reward.

Finally, once the loyalty card has been in place, the PSB Café will need to keep track of all of the cards that have been filled and returned. This will let them know how successful was the program and a future digital card can be developed to better market millennials. Consequently, there will be plenty of room for growth and develop new apps. These students are looking for more simplicity as they do not want to be carrying a card all the time and risking it from getting lost. PSB Café will also be able to develop better communication with students.
